Who is responsible

What data we collect

• Email address — when you join the first circle, submit a baker enquiry, or use the contact form.
• Name, phone, neighbourhood — when you submit a baker or contact enquiry (fields marked optional are not required).
• Message content and form responses — when you use any of our forms.
• Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by Cloudflare.

Why we collect it and the legal basis

• First circle signups — to notify you when the first batch goes live. Legal basis: your consent (nDSG Art. 6).
• Baker enquiries — to respond to your interest in joining as a producer. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Contact form messages — to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to communications.
• Usage logs — website security and performance. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

First circle email addresses are kept until the platform launches and you register or unsubscribe. Baker and contact enquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Usage logs are retained by Cloudflare under their standard policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Sub-processors used:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (US) — website hosting and CDN.
• GitHub, Inc. (US) — source code hosting.
• Formspree, Inc. (US) — form submission and email delivery. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

All three participate in applicable EU-US data privacy frameworks.

Your rights under the Swiss nDSG

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@soloquando.ch. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics cookies and no marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under Swiss law. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism added before tracking begins.

Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
